Floral Care:

Customers are encouraged to handle floral arrangements with care, including the cutting of stems  every 2-3 days, regular water changes and ensuring the use of appropriately sized vessels for optimal stem support and longevity. Please be aware flowers can last anywhere between 3-10 days. Such as spring flowers like Iris and daffodils will only last 3 days compared to chrysanthemums and Alstroemeria that you would expect 10 and every flower has a different life span so please talk to us and specify your requirements. This also puts limits on our creativity ie "long lasting" or "bright" flowers may not be as pretty as say soft colour flowers with a shorter life span like dahlia for instance. If you're unsure please feel free to give us a call or flick us a message and we would be happy to give custom advice for your particular preference and what we have in store at the time of purchase.   Fun fact: Tulips grow to their environment and will droop when placed in a too short of a vase.

Delivery Process:

It is essential to provide correct delivery addresses, recipient names, business names and contact numbers for the recipient. Any inaccuracies may result in an additional delivery charge. You can read more about our Delivery Policy under 'Shipping & Delivery'

Refund Policy:

No refunds will be processed unless the product is returned to the store within 48 hours, accompanied by valid proof of purchase. We cannot accept responsibility for any mishandling of flowers so once a bouquet has been unwrapped the display is now out of our control. Should you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours to explore potential solutions. Resolutions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Unfortunately we cant give refunds based off "expectation". All designs will be based off THE FLOWER BAR signature style unless specified differently by the customer at the time of purchase. Please familiarise yourself with our style and specialty on the website or instore or even off our socials.

Therefore, the colours and types of flowers depicted in our images may vary without prior notice. Prices, sizes, colours, and flower varieties are subject to change depending on the season, especially during peak periods like Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. While we strive to maintain the overall theme of our arrangements, specific flowers and colours may differ. We make every effort to provide the exact pot, vase, or packaging as shown; however, in cases where these are unavailable, we will substitute with alternative containers of similar value and style.
